| Protective
covenants exist to protect the character of the neighborhood and thereby
maintain property values. Protective covenants "run with the land," i.e.,
they are attached to the property just as a deed is part of the property.
Each property owner in PRORA should have received a copy of the covenant
attached to that property. In accepting ownership of the property, the
buyer has accepted the covenant and has agreed to abide by them. Copies
of specific covenants can be obtained from your title company or our PRORA
Realtor Notification person.

contact your Architectural Control Committee (ACC) before you plan any
changes to your property (e.g.. additions, walls, sheds, etc.) -- see map
